Overview Sr Officer - Finance Paonta Sahib, Himachal Pradesh Experience: 3 to 5 years Education: BCom, MCom, CA or Inter CA Roles & Responsibilities: - Understanding of work process of CM site starting from Material inward to finished goods conversion and storage/Dispatch. Analyze the actual process followed at each activity on Floor and any deviation from standard operating process need to identify and report. Identify any risk to inventory lying on the Floor and create inventory provision. Monthly Reconciliation of Inventory for All CM/Mother warehouse. Participate in Physical Count / Surprise Count / Blind Count activity on a regular basis. Follow up for timely closer of WIP inventory. Follow up on Issue identified at CM place and timely reporting & closer. Track extra issuance of RM/PM usage in production and timely MRN checking and recovery against the same from CM. Check Material Issuance Slip/BMR/BPR and other production documents on sample basis and ensure process is followed. Any other recovery against damage/shortage of RM/PM/FG. Participate in Monthly Closing activities. Good hand on Excel/Power point/ Ms Word & Floor experience needed. Monitor the Scrapping transactions against approved disposal form.
