- Industry Relationship Building - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, employers, and organizations to identify and secure internship and job placement opportunities. Stay informed about industry trends and employment needs to tailor placement programs accordingly.
- Student Engagement - Work closely with students to understand their career aspirations and guide them through the placement process. Conduct workshops and informational sessions to prepare students for interviews, resume writing, and professional networking.
- Placement Coordination - Coordinate the logistics of student placements, including but not limited to matching students with appropriate opportunities, managing placement timelines, and overseeing the onboarding process. Track and report on placement success rates and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Business, Career Development).
- Proven experience in program coordination, career services, or related roles.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Familiarity with Ed-Tech and the education industry is a plus.
