Hospital Business Partner

• Counselling patients about the services they may need through structured discussions
• Provide awareness and clarity of the services offered by the company to the patients
• Create or increase interest in our service offerings
• Understanding the patient problems and help them throughout the journey
• Be the single point of contact for all patient needs
• Co-ordinate with the partner on billings
• New patients follow up & maintain and follow up daily patients (new and old)
• Liasing with partner hospitals to provide clarity to the patients
• Going above and beyond to ensure patient gets the best care

• 1 - 3 Years experience in Customer Care or relevant field
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to hold conversation and be process driven
• Healthcare experience will be a bonus

• Negotiation skills
• Process adherence

• This will be a On-Field Job
• Presence of Vehicle in a must
• Language Preference : Marathi is a must
