Branding: Build brand Radio Mirchi by planning initiatives to ensure brand differentiation & thus increase brand recall Ideation of new on-air programs, programming led on-ground events & new properties Maintain relationship with PR & media agencies and have strong local connect Provide creative inputs to copywriters & promo-producer to keep the sound of the station as unique Build radio as a category for both listeners & advertisers People Management: To train, develop & guide team members Development of Jocks as per guidelines Monitor the performance of team members on a regular basis General Management / Administration: To ensure technical equipment of the station is maintain Must Haves: Graduation / Post Graduation (Any specialization) with 10 -14 years of relevant experience Excellent communication skills Strong branding focus People management experience is a prerequisite Knowledge of local market & language is mandatory Self starter & entrepreneurship qualities
