Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Service Engineer. The Sales and Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, conducting field service, offering technical support, and performing maintenance and repair tasks on diagnostic reagents. Qualifications Solid communication skills to liaise with internal and external parties Experience in troubleshooting and conducting field service Technical knowledge to provide support and perform maintenance & repair tasks Ability to handle tools and equipment properly Experience in the medical or diagnostic industry preferred Degree/Diploma in Biomedical Engineering or related field Relevant skills and qualifications include experience in customer service, familiarity with diagnostic reagents, and knowledge of laboratory equipment operation and maintenance.
