Technology International is hiring for the position of Manager - Business Development. Technology International works PAN India with customers in segments such as industrial, chemical, packaging, consumer, automotive , pharmaceuticals, medical devices and electronics. A successful BDM should have excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to analyse the market to zero in on customer needs, and how they can be served best. Role Description This is a full-time work-from-home role for a Business Development Manager. Responsibilities include: Build a robust pipeline of customers in target markets - i.e. - Automotive (ICE and EV) Segment Generating leads and networking at trade shows/conferences Developing and nurturing relationships with key customers Keeping up with the latest industry developments, including market positioning of competitors Assessing client needs and the company's ability to meet those needs Following up with new leads and referrals generated from the marketing team Using Zoho CRM to manage interactions Coordinating with regional sales managers to ensure customer success Qualifications Must have: Education - MBA Sales and Marketing 5+ years of Sales/BDM Experience in the Automotive industry Location : Bangalore, Pune or Delhi Effective communication (Fluent English is must) Understanding of CRM softwares Worked extensively with Automotive Tier-1's as an employee or supplier Good to have: Technical understanding/background Sales experience in Automotive components Has experience in the EV segment
