Our client, a well-reputed firm in the transportation and logistics domain, is looking to fill the role of Business Head. Should have deep knowledge of line haul transportation in India.
Responsible for building a large network of fleet owners and brokers.
Responsible for running day-to-day operations.
Instrumental in building and leading the entire operations and customer support team.
Responsible for building processes and systems to minimize leakages in revenue and margin.
Responsible for final negotiations / deal closure meeting (client side)
Instrumental in building relevant product features in coordination with the product team.

Role requirements

Graduates or master's degree in management
Must have run profitable mid or large size transportation business.
Should have a strong network of fleet owners or brokers.
Should have handled large and senior teams in the past.
Should be keen on traveling whenever needed to ensure growth of the LH business.
Must have been part of aggregation business.
