Experience developing Curriculum for the subject of Mathematics Qualification: Post Graduate with Knowledge of Mathematics. Role purpose: The Master Trainer & Curriculum Developer for Mathematics is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering curriculum content while training teachers within Sol's ARC and partner organisations. This role focuses on ensuring the effective implementation of pedagogy based on Sol's ARC Framework, adapting content for primary and middle schools, and providing mentorship to trainees. Key Responsibilities Curriculum Development Design specialised pedagogy based NGO Framework. Develop activities, lesson plans, worksheets, and evaluations aligned with grade content. Adapt and modify content for primary and middle school based on the National Curriculum Framework. Act as a mentor for trainees, providing guidance and support. Conduct field observations, modifying training as required. Collaborate with partners to ensure effective implementation of the curriculum. Apply specialised teaching and assessment techniques for special needs students. Provide additional support and resources as needed. Training Conduct comprehensive training sessions for educators, imparting the developed pedagogy effectively. Meticulously prepare training materials, schedules, and conduct insightful sessions. Extend training expertise to Master Trainers from partner organisations, fostering a collaborative learning environment. Serve as a mentor, offering guidance and support to trainees throughout the learning journey. Conduct meticulous field observations, proactively modifying training methodologies as required. Collaborate with partner organisations to ensure the effective implementation of the curriculum. Apply specialised teaching and assessment techniques, ensuring inclusive education for special needs students. Provide additional support and resources, tailoring approaches to individual learning needs.
