The position As an IT Security & Compliance Specialist at Novo Nordisk, you will have the following responsibilities: Perform compliance-related tasks to drive regulatory compliance and be the service responsible for compliance and validation tasks for business areas. Perform stakeholder management as part of delivering services involving multiple stakeholders and Conduct CAPA and RCA using the 5 x Why approach or similar methodologies to take up IT Quality Coordinator roles at various stages to provide compliance consulting for IT projects. Collaborate with stakeholders with diverse interests, knowledge, cultural background, and personality. Manage multiple concurrent tasks and be flexible to perform and review IT risk assessments, supplier assessments, and support audits, as applicable. Assess IT security controls with minimal support for non-GxP systems. Coordinate with the IT Security advisor on an as-needed basis and support audits, as applicable. Implement data quality checks, data profiling, and data cleansing techniques to maintain high data accuracy and consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data analysts, software engineers, and stakeholders to analyze data requirements and develop effective and comprehensive migration strategies. Work closely with the data governance team to adhere to data privacy and compliance policies. Qualifications To be our new IT Security & Compliance Specialist, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: You hold a Masters/Bachelor s with 6+ years of experience working in a service level-based organization, preferably in the IT quality domain. Preferred to have industry recognized ITIL and ISO quality management certification. Minimum of 2+ years of practical experience in GxP areas with exposure to regulatory affairs and minimum of 4+ years of experience in performing RCAs, CAPA, and other relevant IT quality assurance activities. Understanding of security architecture and experience in IT Security controls from a data privacy, GDPR perspective. Awareness of the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and techniques to enhance the team s capabilities. Understanding of and experience with regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, 21 CFR Part 11). Excellent communication skills in English and comfortable working with different cultures. Ability to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders, both internal and external at all levels. About The Department CVT CoE is a as part of the DD&IT Services department, and is the unit responsible for supporting compliance, validation and testing of multiple IT systems and solutions across Novo Nordisk. The systems are used on a global scale across business areas and are critical to the execution of key business processes such as development, manufacturing, sales, finance etc. CVT CoE focuses on delivering harmonized support services related in the Compliance, Validation and Testing areas.
