- Design, develop, and deploy serverless applications on AWS Lambda, utilizing Python and JavaScript for implementation.
- Architect and implement data processing pipelines using AWS Glue for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) operations.
- Collaborate with frontend development teams to integrate serverless components with React, Angular, or similar JavaScript frameworks.
- Implement serverless APIs and microservices using AWS API Gateway and other related services.
- Optimize serverless architectures for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure security and compliance standards are met in serverless applications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in serverless computing and AWS services.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on AWS serverless technologies.
- Extensive hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, AWS Glue, and other serverless services.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript.
- Experience with frontend development frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or similar.
- Strong understanding of serverless architecture patterns and best practices.
- Familiarity with AWS services such as API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, IAM, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer) are a plus.
