Responsibilities End to End Recruiting Consistently recruiting candidates for Excelohunt Negotiation of salary and offer generation Sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks Maintaining sourced/ recruited candidates' data in excel Releasing appointment letters & HR related letters Managing Onboarding and Off-boarding with company policy and documentation. Managing Payroll in software. Prepares reports according to written or verbal instructions from Management. Provide ad-hoc support to Management as needed. Coordinating events as necessary. Requirements Warm personality with strong communication skills. Ability to work well under limited supervision. Great communication skills.
