The Manager- Marketing Operations and Digital Marketing for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for leading customer programs and engagement activities for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in India and South-West Asia. Will be responsible for executing marketing strategy and leading all digital activities to improve market visibility . This position is part of the Marketing Department located in Mumbai and will be On site . At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time. You will be a part of the Marketing team and report to the Marketing Head, South West Asia and will be responsible for building the Beckman Coulter brand, establishing long term customer engagement and digital marketing initiatives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Work on online marketing strategy of Beckman Coulter India. Manage all digital activities to improve market visibility - including website, SEO, PPC, social media & e-mail campaigns Guard the Corporate Identity standards/ brand recommendation as per global norms for Beckman Coulter India in organizing seminars, printing flyers, booth-design and course programs Manage the overall educational / professional marketing calendar for the assigned region. The event calendar contains around 50 different events per year; some of which could be on holidays and weekends. Event management - Manage the timely development of materials for the events through creative agency management and printing companies to ensure efficient execution and assists Marketing Head to maintain marketing budget through periodic reviews. Manage the vendors for activities related to marketing operations and digital marketing Work with marketing team on Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) contracts, associated logistics, etc and manage the vendors for activities related to marketing operations and digital marketing. The essential requirements of the job include: Experience in planning, execution of follow up events, either directly or through event agencies in-country & work on promotional marketing material like collaterals/ brochures development. Vendor management experience is essential. Digital marketing experience with an understanding of LinkedIn page management, Google adwords, Google analytics and Webinar design and execution. Ability to work closely and positively with multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams in a high-paced environment. Ability to take independent ownership of execution of high-impact marketing programs. Working closely with the sales team on campaigns and customer engagement to generate leads and qualifying into Marketing Qualified leads (MQLs) and sales qualified leads (SQLs). Atleast 5 years of experience in Marketing and organizing events/digital. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Bachelor Degree preferably in Marketing or Event management Certification in Digital Marketing and/or Google search ads(basic) certification preferred Market understanding and experience of healthcare/ diagnostic products (B2B) is a plus At Danaher we bring together science, technology and operational capabilities to accelerate the real-life impact of tomorrow's science and technology.
