We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional Designer to join our team. As a Instructional Designer , you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining technical training materials for our organization. You will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into engaging and effective learning experiences for the audience or external stakeholders. Responsibilities: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify training needs and learning objectives. Design and develop technical training materials, including instructor-led courses, e-learning modules, videos, tutorials, and documentation. Create interactive and engaging learning experiences using a variety of instructional design techniques and tools. Develop assessments, quizzes, and exams to measure learning outcomes and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Update and maintain existing training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in instructional design and training development. Conduct pilot tests and gather feedback to refine and improve training materials. Collaborate with internal teams, such as HR, IT, and Operations, to coordinate training schedules and resources. Support trainers and facilitators during training sessions as needed. Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance the overall quality of training programs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Instructional Designer , Instructional Designer, or similar role in a technical or IT-focused environment. Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and learning management systems (LMS). Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or similar software. Experience with graphic design, multimedia development, and video editing tools is desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality training materials. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Certification in instructional design or related fields (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance, CPLP) is a plus.
