Perform router switch network hardware software upgrades. Own each customer case from initial creation to resolution. Experience in audits and process compliance. Primary Skills Sound understanding of Networking and Network Security Technologies. Hands on experience of CiscoN84's Routers, Switches Hands on experience of Firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA), VPN Technologies. Secondary Skills Degree in computer science or a technology-related field. Should have CCNA / CCNP certification. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to educate a non-technical audience about various security measures. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
