Broad outline of the Role

Responsible for end-to-end deployment of CSR and affirmative action(AA) strategy. This is an operational role, responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the achievement of results within the business.

Key Responsibilities

Develop short term plans to engage internal and external stakeholders on CSR.
Deploy CSR /AA awareness programmes and interventions externally and internally.
Drive the execution of CSR activities including employee volunteering programs.
Deploy mechanisms for information dissemination and collaboration.
Build awareness on CSR internally and plan , develop and manage CSR microsite
Build strong relationship and collaborate closely with internal functions and NGO partners to communicate impact.
Update the leadership at regular intervals on CSR and employee volunteering.
Support internal volunteering projects.
Participate and provide details during audits, RFPs, reporting and compliance reviews and requirements.
