Hiring Fashion Consultant to work with an award winning designer brand in Mumbai Responsibilities: Managing all the aspects of the sales process from start to finish i.e. handling client enquiries, taking client orders, taking clients measurement online, maintaining logs, frequently communicating order status to the client, coordinating dispatch, delivery and providing after sales service to the client. Managing client queries & providing end to end solutions for the same on all our digital media/ social media platforms i.e. Instagram , Facebook, PDP website , WhatsApp, cm.com and any others that we onboard Work closely with the production team for gathering updates on client orders , quality check and timely delivery Liaising with the dispatch team for order packaging, delivery & for providing dispatch slips to the client. Generating daily sales reports (whatsApp & website) and sharing the same with your reporting manager Managing whatsapp marketing for PDP i.e. update whatsapp stories, send campaign messages to clients on monthly basis,etc Conducting research and developing unique strategies for digital sales (Whatsapp & Website) Organise, maintain and update client database on regular basis Take on specific/ ad hoc tasks to support the sales team in other ongoing projects such as exhibitions, pop-up events, store duty during sales season, etc Take in constructive criticism and produce quality work Requirements: Bachelor's degree in fields related to design 1 year of work experience as a retail / Luxury sales executive or Intern Proficient in taking client measurements online Strong communication & client servicing skills Fast learner and passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Understanding of inventory stocking procedures Excellent communication, time management, organisation and multitasking skills.
