- Manages the team of 10-12 Relationship Managers
- Relationship management with CSC State Head, District Managers (DMs), and Insurance SPOC of CSC in the state/region.
- Influence CSC State Head & District Managers (DMs) for majority wallet share in the district.
- Ensures VLE & RM productivity is as per Business plan
- Ensure issuance of policies withing TAT by resolving all pending.
- Provide MIS support to the State Head, DMs and Insurance SPOC.
- 20-25 districts in the same and neighboring states
- Partner VLE geography, depending on Partner/s Zonal definition defined basis geography
- Drive wallet Share in the allotted districts
- Build relationship with VLEs, DMs and Insurance SPOC of CSC to achieve pre-set business targets on NOP, ANP & Productivity
- Capability of Self Lead Generation.
- Working jointly with the Area Manager on Business plans
- Driving and motivating the VLE & DMs and providing support for logging in applications sourced
- Prospect and meet customers within and outside the allotted VLE geography as when required
- Relationship management with CSC Hierarchy, State Head, District Managers, and Insurance SPOC of CSC in the state/region
- Influence CSC State Head and DMs for majority wallet share in the district
- Managing the relationship between internal team and channel partner so as to foster sales for the company and maintain utmost levels of responsiveness to requirements from the CSC
- Provide all possible support to CSC as a face of parent company
- Effectively execute all Marketing activities
- Ensuring timely issuance of policies with resolving all pending etc.
- Assist partner through training scheduling and customer service
- Ensure compliance to internal sales process & other compliance standards
- Should be process & product champion to ensures adherence to policies and procedures to cultivate a compliance culture in the team
- Providing timely reports to CSC State Head, DMs and Supervisor as per the requirement.
- Adhering to the TALIC code of conduct.
- InsuranceBFSI Background
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Understanding of Prospecting and Sales
