About The Role About the role: Responsible for managing overall administration, operations, strategy, stakeholders, and talent with role-model leadership for US Finance teams in Hyderabad (BPA & DFDT). Additionally, the candidate will also be a member of US BPA Leadership Team. Key Requirements: General Administration (US Finance teams - BPA & DFDT): Lead the US Finance Hyderabad operations consisting of 40+ associates. Handle the SLA with stakeholders and partner with the US teams on service delivery. Responsible for managing headcount, budget and spend for all US Finance teams. Lead monthly/quarterly governance meetings with US partners. Operations Management (US Finance teams - BPA & DFDT): Ensure operations are seamless as per the timelines and quality assurance requirements. Establish, supervise and report KPIs/metrics and continuously strive for improvements. Improve system efficiencies and drive process improvements and ideas. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and department policies. Business Partnering (US Finance teams - BPA & DFDT): Partner with US leadership to drive strategic initiatives & achieve business performance. Anticipate, identify, assess impact, and provide solutions to the US stakeholders. Challenge peers, teams, senior management, and partners to deliver greater impact. Participate/contribute to special projects as needed in collaboration with East Hanover. People and Culture (US Finance teams - BPA & DFDT): Maintain an inclusive and development-centered psychologically safe environment. Develop internal talent to cater to strong and robust succession plans for key roles. Build robust succession plans for key roles by developing and growing internal talent. Hiring strategy to include diverse talent (gender, technical proficiency). Role Requirements Essential Requirements: Ensuring delivery as per the agreed Master Services Agreement. Managing multiple priorities from internal and external stakeholders. Able to work with minimum supervision and thrive under pressure. Develop and maintain diverse talent pool to cater to departments needs. High learning agility, problem solving, and strong attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal, and relationship management skills Proven self-starter with high standards of excellence and an innovative mind. Desirable Requirements: MBA / CA / CPA / Life Sciences any other equivalent degree. Overall proven experience in finance analysis and general administration with at least 6 to 8 years of managing multiple teams (with direct and indirect reports) Familiarity with transitions, management of operational issues, quality/KPI metrics reporting and working with global teams and stakeholders Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with mid to senior level management across the organization.
