2.To track, market demand, customer buying behavior, and government policies for the sector.
3.Engage with the Sales team in generating opportunities, submitting proposals, participating in Tenders/Bids, conducting negotiations, and successfully concluding transactions by executing strategies to win the business.
4.To keep abreast of industry trends, markets, and competitors' activities, and will serve as a representative at major industry events, conferences, or trade shows.
5.Foster relationships with new international and domestic partners, to achieve sales targets.
6.To Conduct Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA), Document Lost Business Report (LBR), lessons learned, and Execute strategies to win, etc.
7.To actively engage with existing and potential customers and to build and maintain extremely robust relationships of trust and credibility with key decision-makers and influencers.
8.The role demands the development of the Annual Business Plan (ABP) of the team and the execution of agreed strategies to achieve sales, at contributory margins predefined, to ensure a sustainable top & bottom line.
