Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. Develop and manage engaging content across various digital channels. Collaborate with content creators to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice. Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms. Create and curate engaging content for social media channels. Monitor social media trends and stay updated on industry best practices. Optimize website content and structure for search engines. Execute and manage paid advertising campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI. Stay informed about industry changes and adjust strategies accordingly. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers. Analyze and optimize email campaigns for performance improvement. Use analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement. Must-Haves Proficient in SEO. Knowledgeable about performance marketing especially Google ad: LinkedIn ad will be an advantage). Experience in managing a team of at least 5 people. Previous work and coordination with agencies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role. In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and best practices. Experience with SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing. Strong analytical and project management skills.
