- Develop and deliver high-quality lectures and laboratory classes in Microbiology to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that foster student engagement and active learning.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to facilitate their learning and development.
- Conduct research in the field of Microbiology, secure grants, and produce high-impact publications.
- Participate in departmental and institutional committees to support the growth and development of the institution.
- Engage in community outreach activities to promote awareness and understanding of the field of Microbiology.
- Post graduate degree(M.D.S)in Microbiology or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching and research experience in Microbiology.
- Proven track record of securing grants and producing high-impact publications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve departmental and institutional goals.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in teaching and research.
