Qualification Designation : Manager - Tenders Role : SPOC for all Project Tendering process Experience : 5 to 15years Qualification : B Tech Salary : Depends on Candidate Experience - Candidate should have good communication skills - Good in computer proficiency - MS office, AMS project and added advantage into software skills - Strong work experience in the areas of tendering and costing, Estimation, Rate Analysis, Pre-bidding, Planning as well as Budgeting , Cost controlling & Project monitoring, Techno commercial operations & Negotiations - Good Leadership, management, Planning, Policy formulation and deadline oriented - Should have experience in bidding to the projects in EPC segment - Looking for tendering & Estimations professional into High volume infrastructure projects (Roads & Bridges, Railways, Irrigation, Building Defence, Power projects, Aviation, Green Energy, Water treatment..etc.) & other goods supply contracts - Candidate who worked in earlier in reputed Infrastructure company will have additional advantage - Should have good experience and exposure of central government contracts. Job Description : - Candidate should have experience of bagging 20+ crores worth of projects - Responsible for Searching of new tenders, screening documents & analyzing the eligibility to participate for the tender - Understanding of tender document & preparation of synopsis & sharing with management - Responsible for drafting of proposals for various projects in co-ordination with other departments - Attending the pre-bid meetings - Preparation of bid documents & getting it validated by the management - Working on the cost estimation - Submission of online Tender document & physical submission ( if required ) - Lead the tender & estimation team - Identification / Selection of EPC business opportunities for transmission & distribution projects for bidding - Co-ordinate with various stake holders like design team, engineering, commercial, supply chain & legal - Play a key role in developing strategy for bid pricing and winning - Ensure techno-commercial document is prepared as per specifications and is submitted within specified time frame - Formulation of joint venture and formation of agreement with junior partners after finalizing scope of work - To manage Tendering process in co-ordination with peer teams starting from Lead Generation till Handing over of the Project and be the Point of Contact for periodic Client communications - The candidate must know to how to work and manage the ' GeM Portal ' and ' Bidassist' . - Interact with Clients with regard to new projects - Identify Opportunities and actively fill Tenders and submit on time - To assist the Procurement and Project Team on material technical details, availability, vendors, etc. - Will contribute in cost and price calculation on which calculation was done for submitting tenders - Work with key members of the Project Team and Client organization to obtain information required to compile the bid / tender - Should monitor complete Tender Management process in order to ensure it is aligned with the organisation's requirement - Have proper clarity on Tender Conditions and Management of the Tender preparation - Coordinate Tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by Clients - Devise a successful strategy for winning a tender, by highlighting the Unique Selling Proposition based on work experience - Understand and work on Company's Operating process and Profit margins - Understand Client's requirements and cascade the same information to other teams - Work towards development of Company's Portfolio in achieving the set Targets The role requires vast experience and knowledge on the costing of Material & Manpower, Analysis on rates, strong hold in the market for approaching Vendors for collecting rates of various items. Needs a proactive approach in managing Client and subsidiary teams
