- Lead Technical Aspects of Bidding and Proposal for BESS projects

- Capture technical requirements of the bids for battery energy storage projects
- Prepare material quantities and technical specifications for RFQ
- Technical evaluation of supplier offers
- Evaluation of tender documentation and requests from suppliers
- Provide design outputs after technical bid assessment from suppliers
- Lead clarifications and suggestions to the suppliers for optimizing offer
- Leading meetings with suppliers as part of Tendering process
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary team to deliver the offer/tender
- Handle the commercial and technical documentation of the project, coordinating with various stakeholders
- Lead the Solar team for internal support during bidding when requested
- Full time Engineering degree (Electrical/ Power) from a reputed institute.
- Proven experience of 5-10 years in BESS Projects Tenders preparation and Proposal process with high technical content
- Experience of Indian Private & Public Tenders
- Hands on experience on costing of high technical content proposals
- Understanding of ongoing developments in Battery Storage technology and Supply Chain
- Good communication and presentation skills

- Perform well in a high pressure work environment
