Your responsibilities Responsible to do bearing environment test. Responsible for evaluating the chemical and physical properties of alloys and metallic materials to be used for construction and other industrial purposes. Responsible to to bearing humidity test high & Low with storage & operating. Good Knowledge & responsible to do Bearing fluid contamination test. Knowledge about Raw material metallurgical testing certificate. Responsible to do bearing fungus test. Good knowledge of Vickers hardness tester machine. Responsible to do Raw & heat treatment material Microstructure and having good knowledge how to operate microscope & sample preparation for microstructure. Develops/leads initiatives to improve departmental performance as requested/needed through manufacturing excellence (KAIZENs and Best practices). Collects the needed documentation necessary to take over the ownership of the products testing. Train the lab inspector on 5S within the lab. Maintain and adhere to the safety practices within the lab. Maintain and record the preventive maintenance / calibration of lab equipment's. Responsible to do Mechanical vibration test. Responsible to do Mechanical shock test. Responsible to do Mechanical endurance test. Maintain all the records of Instrument, Testing equipments, calibration as per the defined procedures in accordance with Quality Management System requirement. Knowledge of Bearing Test Rig What you bring Relevant experience in the process manufacturing industries. Knowledge of Raw material, machining, Grinding, sheet metal. Factory acceptance test knowledge on mechanical products. Exposure to reading, understanding and interpretation of engineering drawings. Hands on experience with document control systems. Knowledge of ISO, EMS, OHSAS, Kaizen, 5S, industrial safety ability to handle and control a team. Should be conversant with MS Office and working experience with any ERP systems. Education Qualification B.Tech /B.E in Metallurgical engineering from a reputed University. Experience 5 to 10 years experience in Metallurgical lab.
