Primary Skill : Delivering Customer Value Secondary Skill : Engaging & Inspiring Position Specific duties :As a processing coordinator you will be processing various exception reports related to loan/lease contract booking and validating the details to ensure timely booking of the contracts and updating the information to loan/lease systems. You will be coordinating with multiple stakeholders like dealers, customers and other cross functional teams(Credit analysts) in resolving the exceptions and clear the exceptions for timely processing the loans/lease contracts Communicate with dealers or customers through email and making outbound calls to resolve the exceptions timely as per need. Validate the exceptions by cross verifying multiple data sources/applications and make relevant notes to enable further decisions. Make decisions on various exceptions by regular followup with dealers or customers. Manage multiple workflows by navigating through two or more loan/lease systems. Work completely in US shift. Required skill : Attention to detail and knowledge of loan or lease contract booking/funding process. Proficient listening and comprehension skills in English Clear written and verbal communication skills in English with usage of proper grammar and an accent understandable by the customers or dealers. High level of patience and customer centricity in resolving customer requests. Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications plus, intranet and internet. Able to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment. Desired Experience : Experience working in Mortgage/loan processing environment for US clients ( 5 Yrs) Experience working in night shifts Experience in using Excel, Microsoft Word, and other Microsoft tools. ( 5Yrs) Work experience in a team environment. ( 5 Yrs) Experience with transaction data entry and processing. ( 5 Yrs) Education : Postgraduate in any discipline
