We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development, and employee performance programs.HR Executive responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating HR policies, and overseeing our hiring processes.Responsibilities:

Performing recruitment & generalist activities
Calling and screening candidates on the phone, short-list & call suitable candidates for discussion
Headhunting on social media like Linkedin, Facebook
Employee management, appraisals & manpower planning

Required Candidate profileThe candidate should be MBA in HR
At least 2+ years experience in IT Recruitment
Experience in hiring with the help of Linkedin, Facebook & other social networks.
Good communication and people skills.Perks and benefitsAs per the experience

Manage employees’ grievances
Create and run referral bonus programs
Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS)
Measure employee retention and turnover rates
Oversee daily operations of the HR department
