Initiate outbound calls to existing/potential customers to introduce and promote company services
Conduct follow-up calls to acquire new leads.
Convert leads into sells order of company service to existing / potential clients.
Co-ordinate with Seniors and/or Client for price negotiation.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills.
Email communication to client related to order, quotation etc.
Update and maintain customer records in the Software/CRM system.
Staying updated on product details, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Effective verbal communication skills.
Active listening and attention to detail abilities.
Basic proficiency in using computer applications and CRM systems.
Ability to build professional rapport with clients.
Organizational and time management skills.
