Position: Executive – Finance & Audit
Location: Dehradun Plant
Reporting to: Business Controller / CFO
Industry: Plastic Manufacturing & Packaging or relevant manufacturing.
Job Description: Risk Management and Internal Audit & Controls:

Internal Audit for Manufacturing Plants.

Stock taking, regularizations, financial impact assessments of Inventory at different level.

Fixed asset audits and process improvement at Plants.

Experience of Plant/Factory Audit, Production audit, procurement to pay, order to cash, hire to retire.

Define and implement audit plans, programs, checklists and procedures covering all aspects of business operations.

Evaluate and examine processes, policies and procedures and systems in place to identify risks and suggest mitigating controls. Plant accounting:

Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business transactions like Purchase and expenses for Plant.
Record & Review all monthly expenses.
Working on Monthly Plant provisions file. Required Skill Set Qualifications: UG: BCOM PG: CA Inter , MBA/PGDM in Finance Skills:
Working experience in Manufacturing is must.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS and Statutory compliances around Accounts and Finance.
Good understanding of accounting principles.
proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft office & ERP Systems like SAP, Oracle, etc, Personal Attributes:
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
High ethical standards and professionalism.
