Effective handling of Technical Escalations
Ensure Service Delivery as per agreed SOW / SLA
Troubleshoot High Severity incidents, problem & provide proper RFO/ RCA
Root cause analysis and Preventive maintenance
Participate in Change management , assess Risk and Impact
Mentor & Hand hold L1/L2 Teams and enhance their performance
Take initiatives in learning, certifications & evaluating Upcomming Technology & Tools
MIS customer report preparation on technology part
Work & Drive OEM for the escalated tickets
Driving Technical Knowledge Transfers & awareness session on best practices within team by proper training session
Building team and making L1 self-sufficient for handle repeated faults
Experience of working in ITIL driven environment is a must.about you8-10 years relevant exp.
3-4-Years of Level 2/3 24X7 Operatoions support
Excellent knowledge in Active directory forest and multiple domain trusts and Windows clustering
Good knowledge in Powershell, GPO maintenance, DFS servers and Antivirus software, DNS & DHCP
Good Knowledge & experience on Back-up, Restore technologies and OS dependencies
Hands-On Experience in Installation, configuration & Troubleshooting with vSphere and ESX/ESXi servers versions 4.x / 5.x / 6.x , virtualisation related products and disaster recovery concepts
5-6 Experience in VMware Administration (ESX / VMware / VSphere / Vcenter / Vmotion/ Vrealize)
Designing Implementation and Administration of Vsphere ESX ESXi enviornments
Strong understanding of storage concepts, and proven ability to troubleshoot network related problems.
Excellent debugging and problem analysis skills ,additional informationITIL Certification is a must.Graduate/ Diploma in either electronics or Telecom
MCSE 2008 / 2012 & VCP – 6.5 DCV
Certified ITILv3 Foundation – Preferred
CCNA certification would be an advantage
Excellent Knowledge of storage technologies ( SAN/NAS)contractRegular
