They provide Services for Engineering & Construction of Retail Outlets (Gasoline, CNG, LCNG, LNG, EV charging stations, Retail Networks), etc. and to be a trustworthy partner of their clients for the entire life cycle of the product/solution.An Ideal Candidate:An Ideal candidate can be an MBA OR MSW qualified with 4+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas and manufacturing industry who has hands-on experience in a Plant HR role. The candidate will support recruitment, training, onboarding, and organizational communication. This includes building talent and organizational excellence, around succession & leadership development. The candidate will be responsible for Monitor Contract Labour and Security Services. Candidate should have experience in employee engagement activity.Key Competencies:1. Responsible for forecasting and drawing manpower plans in with the budgetary projections.
2. Responsible for Daily Monitoring of Time Office functions.
3. Responsible for Monitor Contract Labor and Security Services.
4. Responsible for coordinating & Implement Training & Development Programs.
5. Responsible for coordinating and ensuring all Statutory Compliances of the packing station.
6. Responsible for the Safety of men and machinery in the plant.
7. Responsible for housekeeping, plant Hygiene, and conduct.
8. Responsible for Employee Engagement at the plant.
