Roles & responsibilities . Managing a team of relationship managers. . Responsible for Managing the overall productivity for the team. . Responsible for Hiring and building/retaining team. . Driving Credit Cards sales through team in the open market. . Coordinate with various internal stake holders for issuance to credit cards. . Taking complete ownership starting from sourcing, dispatching, follow up with ops and Credit. . Responsible for Corporate tie ups and other business development activities. . Follow and adhere to the strict KYC norms set for the team. . Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
