Develop, implement, and maintain management information systems to support organizational goals and objectives.2. Collect, compile, and analyze data from various sources to generate insightful reports for decision-making purposes.3. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the management information system.4. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide recommendations for process improvements and strategic planning.5. Collaborate with internal departments to understand their data needs and customize reports accordingly.6. Train staff on the proper use of management information systems and provide ongoing technical support.7. Stay updated on advancements in information technology and recommend relevant tools or systems to enhance efficiency.8. Assist in the development and implementation of data management policies and procedures.9. Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the management information system.10. Prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications / Commerce + Cost accountancy, This position calls for proficiency in MS Excel and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract meaningful insights will be an added advantage.3.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.4. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management and reporting.5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.6. Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices in data security.7. Previous experience in a similar role within a corporate or organizational setting is highly desirable.8. Certification in relevant areas such as database administration or business intelligence is a plus.
