- Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
- Manage program assessment for evaluation of program health and improvement
- Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
- Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
- Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity
- Manage customer satisfaction, value addition and customer escalations
- Work closely with senior leadership, project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project leaders to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for projects
- Manage program and project teams for optimal execution within aligned budgets, timelines and quality expectations
- Manage coordination of support across internal organizational groups and external entities, account management and sales teams
- Proactively drive consultation with the customer for driving the success of the programs
- Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
- Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for external and internal stakeholders
- Manage proposal development and submission in collaboration with sales teams and various organizational functions
- Five or more years of experience in an upper-management role, preferably in program management
- Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
- Experience in stakeholder management and risk management
- Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in engineering
- Experience in proposals and presales
